Who Can Join?
Our classes are for adults of all experience levels. Beginners are welcome and no previous karate experience is required.
You don't need to arrive already fit or know how to do karate. Our instructors will guide you through the fundamentals step by step.
Your First Class
1. Arrive
Come along a few minutes before class.
2. Meet the instructors
We'll welcome you and explain what to expect.
3. Join the class
You'll be guided through the session and introduced to the fundamentals.
4. Experience the Club
Your first week is complimentary, so you can experience the training before deciding whether to continue.
What Should I Wear?
Comfortable clothing such as a T-shirt and trackpants is suitable for your first class.
Bring a bottle of water and a towel and you're good to go.

Adults Training Fees
$80 per month
or
$200 per quarter
Annual membership
$40 per year
New members: Annual membership fee waived for the first year.
